Why some dates are tentative

The subscription window is fixed in the RHP. Post-issue dates — allotment, refunds, demat credit and listing — follow SEBI’s T+3 listing timeline but are confirmed only by the registrar and exchanges. Outlets have reported both 28 and 29 October for listing, so we show it as unverified until the exchanges publish a listing notice.

Price band, lot size and minimum investment

Application amount by number of lots (our arithmetic on the reported band)
LotsSharesAt ₹1,065At ₹1,119
112₹12,780₹13,428
224₹25,560₹26,856
560₹63,900₹67,140
10120₹1,27,800₹1,34,280
14 (retail max)168₹1,78,920₹1,87,992

Retail individual investors can bid up to ₹2 lakh per application. At the upper band that is 14 lots (168 shares, ₹1,87,992); 15 lots would cost ₹2,01,420 and exceed the limit. Bidding at “cut-off” means you accept whatever final price is set within the band, and your broker blocks the amount at the upper end. Estimate

Issue structure and use of proceeds

Because this is a 100% fresh issue, the money raised goes to the company rather than to selling shareholders. The fresh shares are reported to equal about 2.9% of the post-issue equity — a small free float for a company this size.

Reserved portions: employees and RIL shareholders

The category-wise split of the net offer (QIB, non-institutional and retail percentages) is set out in the RHP. Broker pages quote different breakdowns, so we have not reproduced a split here; check the “Offer structure” section of the RHP. Unverified

Listing and share price

There is no official Jio Platforms share price before listing. Prices quoted online before listing are either the IPO price band or unofficial “grey market” figures. Once the shares list, the live price will be on NSE and BSE. We will update this page with the final issue price and listing details when they are published.

What about the grey market premium (GMP)?

Many sites publish a Jio Platforms IPO “GMP”. GMP is an informal, unregulated quote from off-market dealers. It is not published by the company, exchanges or SEBI, it can be moved by small volumes, and it has frequently failed to predict listing prices. We deliberately do not show GMP figures. Why GMP is unreliable.
